We offer short, medium, and long term hotel management contracts. After an initial consultation with hotel representatives and a decision on the future orientation of the establishment, GHMBA puts a team of professionals in place and oversees day-to-day hotel operations for a set period.
We study the financial statements and performance history of client establishments, comment on the findings of our analysis, and make recommendations.
Operational analysis of the administration and operational services.
We perform an in-depth study of operations in each department to target areas that could generate increased revenues or where expenses could be trimmed. We also analyze the efficiency of existing control and employee allocation systems.
Marketing Plans
We develop a detailed marketing plan for the property, including marketing strategies and sales and financial projections (see the following section).
