Code of ethics

Philosophy
  • Gestion Hôtelière M.B.A. Inc. does not collect, receive, or bill any commissions or benefits of any kind (bribes, etc.). All benefits, volume discounts, commissions, etc. it negotiates are directly passed on to the client. We bill all expenses and authorized client purchases at cost. We guarantee that all GHMBA agents, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers will comply with this policy, under penalty of legal action and dismissal.

  • Gestion Hôtelière M.B.A. Inc. does not use client equipment, computers, supplies, phones, fax machines, etc., for any purposes other than those related to the project.

  • Each agent acts independently in the management and supervision of accounts.

  • Any products or services used by or for GHMBA agents on client premises are recorded and accounted for. As a result, clients experience no loss in revenues except in the event of an emergency. The policy for personal use is to give the employee rate, or the average rate if the establishment is full.

  • No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the job except at official business functions. Employees must cover the cost of any alcoholic beverages they consume off the job, and pay for them on a separate check. Employees are required to drink responsibly.
