Michel Bélanger, senior partner G.H.M.B.A.
Michel Bélanger is the senior partner at GHMBA. He has a degree in hotel management from ITHQ, and has 30 years’ experience working in hotels in Quebec City, St. Georges, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Vermont, Nova Scotia. He has also served the Quebec City, provincial, and Canadian hotel associations as president and vice president.
The North Shore is the only tourism region in Quebec where Michel Bélanger has not been directly involved in hotel management or operations. He has, however, worked in such places as Abitibi, Mauricie, Beauce, the Eastern Townships, Ottawa/Hull, the Lower St. Lawrence, the Saguenay, the Gaspé, Lac-St-Jean, Portneuf, Quebec City, and Montreal.
Moreover, he has experience working not only in a manager/administrator/shareholder capacity, but also as a regular employee and consultant for hotel owners and financial institutions.
Gilles Blais
Gilles Blais holds a degree in hotel administration from ITHQ and has experience in small, medium–sized, and large hotels. After working in every hotel service position available, he has served as general manager, front desk manager, food and beverage manager, and accommodations manager in hotels of 50 to 150 rooms in Quebec City, Montreal, St-Hyacinthe, the Lower St. Lawrence, Lac St-Jean, and Abitibi over the course of his 30 year career. He is skilled in business management, sales, and customer service.
Hélène Delisle, accociate manager
Hélène Delisle our Associate Manager, specializes in administration and internal control. She gained experience in the hotel and restaurant industry in the regions of Portneuf and Vermont. She previously worked as a secondary school teacher and has extensive experience in the public sector.
Anike Bélanger
Anike Bélanger earned her degree in hotel management from ITHQ in 2002, and has a degree in languages (5) from St. Lawrence College. She boasts over 9 years of experience at every level of the hospitality and restaurant industry in Quebec City, Lanaudière, Charlevoix, and Australia. She works in operations, sales, and marketing.

Michael Bélanger earned his degree in hotel management from ITHQ in 2002, and has over 5 years of experience in hotels of 60 to 380 rooms.
Jean Langlois
Jean Langlois has 30 years’ experience at every level in small, medium–sized, and large hotels in the Quebec City. He has held key management positions in the Quebec City area. He continues to be very involved in the industry and is active in a number of organizations, including Association des Hôteliers de la région de Québec. He is also president of Gestion Immobilière Girescom. Mr. Langlois specializes in property management, finance, and marketing.
Michel Douville
Michel Douville holds a degree in hotel administration from ITHQ and has experience working in small, medium–sized, and large hotels. In the last 30 years, he has held every type of managerial and operational position available in hotels of 100 to 300 rooms in Quebec City, Mont Ste-Anne, St-Hyacinthe, and the Dominican Republic. He was a member of the Howarth International team for a number of years.
Gregory Bélanger
Gregory Bélanger earned a degree in carpentery in 2007. He intervenes in recommandations, evaluations and execution of mandates.
Daniel Guay
Daniel Guay holds a degree in food management. As executive chef, he boasts over 27 years of restaurant and banquet kitchen experience in the Saguenay, Lac St-Jean, Rimouski, Charlevoix, and Montreal.
Audrey Hatin
Audrey Hatin holds a degree from the ITHQ in 2004. She worked in many Montreal hotels during her studies. She came to work at the Days Inn Berthierville as a receptionist and is now, since 2006, its Operations Manager. She has developed an expertise in operations related to lodging, food service, banquets and meeting rooms.
Pierre Hébert
Pierre Héber holds a Master’s degree in human resources and has experience conducting labor negotiations and implementing procedures and training plans. He also teaches hotel management at Collège Limoilou.
Jean-Eudes St-Amant
Jean-Eudes St-Amant is an architect who draws up the plans and specifications and performs the hotel facility analysis. He has been involved in the construction of the convention centers and possesses 15 years of experience in the construction and renovation of small to medium–sized hotels (24 to 125 rooms) in Quebec.
Carol Damiani
holds a degree in hotel administration from the Lyon Hotel School and specializes in organization and planning. She has over 20 years of experience working for Canadian, Swiss, and Middle Eastern companies and is skilled at turning around hotels that are in financial trouble.
Johanne Deblois
is involved in our training programs for hospitality staff, room attendants, and laundry service/housekeeping staff. She covers working methods as well as equipment, safety, and self-motivation.
